Over the last few months we’ve been working on a large project for Depression Alliance, the leading UK charity for depression. The charity, which has celebrity supporters including Ruby Wax (their patron), Stephen Fry and Tricia Goddard offers online information and support through its website
www.depressionalliance.org. We got a call from their CEO in the summer asking if we could re-design their website
www.depressionalliance.org. We’re happy to announce the site is now live and it’s had a great reception from everyone involved with the charity.
Emer O’Neill, Depression Alliance’s CEO said
“On the new website we feature our existing services, news articles, research and contact details for support groups all over the country. We aim to attract many new supporters to join the growing body of people living with depression across England and we aim to help people that face the isolation, loneliness and fear that comes with depression.
Recovery happens if you can get the right information and resources at the time you need them most. People have told us that the information on the website acts as a life line we hope the improvements will allow us to continue in providing that lifeline by finding out more about the illness and joining up as a member. Our thanks go to Chris Ailey and his team from iThinkMedia for their great work on the site!” The re-branded website also launches alongside a separate project launched with the French pharmaceutical firm Servier
www.whatyoushouldknowaboutdepression.com which had been built by another supplier to help sufferers of depression find the best treatment for them. For more information on the charity and to find out how you can get involved please visit
