We are also open to project-based work. In the past, we have undertaken audits for clients, then worked on the implementation of the findings from the audit before handing back control to the client for them to run the daily activity.

We prefer to work on 12-month contracts, however, we are open to 6 month trials in the first instance to prove the value of our services.

Yes - Our preferred solution is Looker Studio where you have access to all the results from your campaigns with real time data. Once the report is set up you get access allowing you to pull data on a daily basis for the period you desire.

We offer a weekly zoom call with the team working on your account in addition to ad-hoc requests and communication via email for day to day updates. 

Similarly, we would recommend (at a minimum) quarterly business reviews to revisit performance over a longer term, setting a strategy for the upcoming quarter to ensure our approach is relevant.

Each client has a dedicated Account Manager as the main point of contact and this will be an expert working directly on your account.

Your Account Manager immerses themselves in the running of the account, leading strategy & optimisation, and driving your activity to hit your KPIs.

All accounts behave differently, but in general, our expectation would be to see initial results coming after a few weeks to a month.

This varies drastically based on the volume of traffic, conversions that come through the site, site quality etc. We’ll have a more informed estimate once we’ve looked into your account.

We always recommend focusing on conversions as we can measure performance in real time.

But we have experience with multiple measurement tools so we can measure success by setting goals to match your KPIs. Some third-party tools may come with an added cost, but given the team’s experience, we can deliver anything from sales to engagement.
